Kore.ai offers simple usage based pricing at a per session level. One billing session is up to a 15 minute conversation between a user and the AI chatbot. If the interaction ends before 15 minutes, it is still considered one billed session. If a conversation surpasses the 15 minute mark then you will be billed for a session for each 15 min increment thereafter.

Yes, Automation AI gives you a 14 day trial with no credit card needed to get started. We also provide 50,000 AI credits that allow you to fully explore all the generative AI features for both design time and runtime. If you choose to, we also allow you to bring your own API keys to power genAI features.

After the free trial ends, and if you have inputted your credit card information, you will automatically be charged on the plan you have chosen.. If no payment method has been set up, the chatbot will not be available to customers after a small grace period. If you need to reactive an expired trial, please contact us and we’d be happy to help.

Accounts are billed on a monthly or annual basis for the chosen plan. Payment by credit card is accepted for the Essential and Advanced plans. If you are in need of an Enterprise plan or if your company can’t pay by credit card, please contact us.

With named agents, each agent gets their own seat and is billed accordingly. This is best for smaller teams that have regular hours of operation and for the lowest cost.Concurrent licenses offer your organization the greatest flexibility. These are based on the maximum number of users who will login simultaneously into the system and are helpful for larger teams and 24/7 operations.

Yes, Contact Center AI give you a full 30 day trial with no credit card needed. We also provide 50,000 AI credits that allow you to fully explore all the generative AI features agents use.
