Request-based pricing for the Free Forever and Standard Plans:
- Every message received from the end-user is considered a request.
- Proactive notifications sent by the Virtual Assistant to end-users are also considered a request.
Session-based pricing for Enterprise Plan:
- A session is a conversation between the user and the Virtual Assistant for a period of 15 minutes or until the closure of the interaction, whichever comes first. A session can include any number of messages from the end-user and the Virtual Assistant.
- A session starts when the Virtual Assistant receives a message/request from the user or proactively delivers a notification to the end-user.
- A new session is created every 15 minutes until the interaction between the Virtual Assistant and the end-user is completed.
Custom Plans and Discounts
- Our Enterprise Plans are customized for organizations with specific needs.
- We also offer discounts for high volume usage. Reach out to learn more.
Yes, end-users can interact with your Virtual Assistant even if you are on the Free Forever Plan.
The Free Forever Plan provides you with 5000 requests per month. If you exceed this limit, your Virtual Assistant will stop responding to end-users until the new month starts. You can either, wait until the next month or upgrade to the Standard Plan.
Yes, you have access to the Template Store irrespective of your subscription plan.
You can upgrade to the Standard Plan directly from the platform. Visit the Manage –>Plan & Usage menu of your Virtual Assistant and choose the ‘Upgrade’ option.
The Enterprise Plan offers exclusive features and volume discounts. Please contact us to us to explore the Enterprise Plan.
Customers on the Enterprise Plan are invoiced annually. Customers on the Standard Plan prepay with a minimum amount of $100 and can choose to auto-reload to ensure uninterrupted services.
