SearchAssist extracts and intelligently indexes the data from structured and unstructured sources like webpages, documents, product catalogs, videos, and images. You can configure a crawler to extract data or allow users to input structured data. It can extract data on demand or at a defined frequency, classify and cluster documents.

The Index Management module uses a business-friendly, no-code index workbench to enrich the ingested data. Through workbench, we extract the traits, semantic understanding, and NLP features. These additional features are stored along with the search index for better search relevance.

Query Management defines how a search should happen against the Index. We can configure Business Rules and Tune the Relevance to provide a personalized search experience to the end-user.

Multiple Indices can be created to that we can maintain the index versions and run A/B Test experiments.

Using pre-trained models or the ability to learn based on new ML models, SearchAssist allows intelligent extraction of FAQs from documents like PDF. This capability to detect document content structure and extract is a rarity in the market today.
