POSITION / TITLE: Lead Instructional Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research, analyze, design, develop and customize course/curriculums for both e-learning, multimedia products (video, graphic, audio) and instructor-led training
  • Use different instructional models, theories, tools, and technologies to bring in the right learning experience for our users

POSITION / TITLE: SALES ENGINEER

He/She will be responsible for the technical relationships with prospects and will work internally with sales and product development to identify and communicate solutions to meet customer business needs. The Solutions Engineer is a resource for the sales division.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct sales meetings and deliver sales presentations that demonstrate Kore product either online or in person with qualified prospects with the Account Manager.

POSITION / TITLE:  DEVOPS ENGINEER 

This role will require you to work closely with the Engineering team to design, build, and maintain systems.  This includes setting up monitoring solutions, configuring and adding new servers/services periodically and maintain existing and future custom application code and configuration.

Kore.ai is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead its product marketing activities for various products. The candidate will be responsible for presenting Kore and its product lines in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales.

For this role, the candidate should be a creative and quantitative thinker. The candidate should be familiar with various inbound and outbound product marketing techniques and use them as required.

  • The candidate should be able to understand business and technical aspects of the product offerings, define product positioning and use various strategies and tactics to market it
  • The candidate has to collaborate with multiple teams, often including the sales and marketing department, engineering, product management, senior executives, and customers.
  • Extremely strong technical understanding and communication skills: Both written and verbal communication is KEY. POSITION / TITLE: Localization Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages localization projects from beginning to end, working closely with language specialists, localization engineers, terminologists, product management and development, internal business partners and external vendors and other departments.
  • Develops project plans and workflows, managing time, budget, resources and quality control.
  • Following analysis of client specific localization software application requirements, creates and manages internal version of localization project plans, and provides project specific education and coaching to Localization Tester staff.
