RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define product features and functionality, and prioritize product roadmap.
  • Develop customer use cases, personas and scenarios and present solutions to clients
  • Work with Engineering teams to define product specifications and requirements.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 12+ years’ experience in defining and managing core products or business applications, either through product management (strongly preferred) or equivalent activities.
  • Strong understanding of various Travel industry personas including booking, travel agents, Airport operations and Flight operations workflows and contact center agents.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

  • Experience with product lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of cloud based systems that support Amadeus/ Sabre APIs for booking and Flight ops tools 
  • Good knowledge and understanding of software development and web technologies including JSON/XML and AI/ML, NLP
  • Experience in configuring products based on customer requirements
  • Ability to manage in a very fast paced environment with multiple high-level priorities

Customer Success Manager is a professional who drives our customers’ overall value realization and orchestrates its delivery through an efficient team, products, and project management approach. Value realization includes the definition and execution of customer success plans, the achievement of their business goals, and the adoption of Kore.ai software to drive ROI.

Customer Success Manager will develop long-term relationships with our key customer stakeholders in the region, connecting with key business executives, IT stakeholders, product managers, and users to understand their business requirements and goals, use cases, and how Kore.ai products can help in their business. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead discussions with the customers to understand their business objectives, use cases, value generation as well as company culture to support the software adoption.

The Executive Assistant will support the Chief Executive Officer from our corporate headquarters in  Orlando, Florida and be responsible for a broad range of Executive-level administrative duties.

Responsibilities 

Our Executive Assistant will have initiative and good judgment to make independent decisions.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Arranging complex domestic and international travel – attention to detail will be important; i.e.  anticipate hotel, car, ancillary services 
  • Organize/manage frequently changing executive calendars and prioritize time sensitive meetings 
  • Maintain schedules for follow-up to ensure executive responses and follow-through (internal/external)  are prompt and accurate 
  • Build repeatable processes for administrative tasks to ensure efficiency 
  • Anticipate executive needs for meeting preparation: reporting, presentations, etc. Answer, screen and route calls/e-mail communication  
  • Maintain electronic files for easy record retrieval 
  • Incorporate creative approaches to various projects by taking initiative, being resourceful, and  working independently 
  • Prepare reports and/or special presentations/projects, which may include data collection,  coordination, final copy preparation, distribution, etc. 
  • Become familiar with all department functions in order to communicate with them effectively 
  • Schedule and organize logistics for quarterly Board meetings throughout various states and locations 
  • Office time is shared between Orlando and NYC. Act as the conduit to ensure seamless coordination

Qualifications 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Executive Assistant role, preferably for CEO in the technology  sector 
  • Ideally minimum 10+ years’ experience supporting various executives 

MUST HAVE SKILLS  

  • Strong organizational, coordination, and project management skills  
  • Excellent and creative problem-solving skills 
  • 5+ years’ experience making international travel arrangements 
  • Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities

POSITION / TITLE: PARTNER SALES DIRECTOR – BPO/MSP Sales

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in partnerships/business development or selling enterprise software into the Enterprise market or large Service Provider markets. The Partner Account Director will align with global vertical and field sales, customer success, and marketing leadership to establish the requirements for channel partnerships. You will marry the regional and vertical industry needs with the global partner organization’s priorities. The individual must be passionate about technology trends, particularly in relation to Conversational AI platform development and the automation of customer & employee engagement, as they build and execute a market-leading strategy through indirect channel relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities in this role are acquiring, onboarding, and enabling new partners (resellers, referrals, advisory, system integrators, and technology partners) and managing relationships with existing partners

  • Identify new targeted reseller and referral partners in the region (acquisition plan)
  • Develop and execute an impactful go-to-market plan to acquire and activate new partners in our ecosystem
  • Engage and follow up with new and existing partners to sign-up to the partnership program, support onboarding and execute the sales through the channel partners ecosystem
