Job Summary

You will be joining the Global Creative Team, responsible for delivering all visual and creative that is communicated externally across the globe. 

We are looking for an individual who can quickly translate “back-of-a-napkin” slides into client-ready presentations. This means taking slides from executives (at all levels of design), understanding what they are trying to communicate, translating their slides into new designs if necessary to better convey their message, and applying brand guidelines for content, design, and creative.

We are not looking for someone who just “makes slides prettier” or someone who “re-skins” slides. We are looking for someone who can take basic slides and make them clear, concise, beautiful, and, most importantly, intuitive and useful to the user/audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of all global presentations and keynotes.

POSITION / TITLE: SALES ENGINEER

He/She will be responsible for the technical relationships with prospects and will work internally with sales and product development to identify and communicate solutions to meet customer business needs. The Solutions Engineer is a resource for the sales division.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will require you to work closely with the Engineering team to design, build, and maintain systems. He/She will be responsible for establishing relationships with new customers and securing contracts, as well as managing and expanding our existing customer base to achieve sales targets. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to better understand customer pain points, so you can offer solutions to specifically address those business needs.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified new business and existing customer base growth opportunities equal to or above four times your annual quota to ensure ability to meet your goals.
  • Articulate Kore.ai’s platform, solutions, features, differentiators and the expected ROI to prospects via calls, emails, demonstrations and sales meetings, to various audiences, which can include Business Unit leaders, CXOs and Engineers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, existing customers, and channel partners to further identify opportunities to expand Kore.ai’s business footprint within those relationships.
  • Utilize CRM system to effectively track and report sales activity on your pipeline.
  • Effectively map new prospect organizations to identify the targeted buyers and decision makers.
  • Develop and deliver targeted presentations for prospects which include industry trends, financial data and case studies.
  • Prepare for navigating potential objections from the customer and be able to negotiate a deal to close.
  • Create proposals and collaborate with RFx Team for responses to RFI/RFP documents.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelors or Masters in business-related field.

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience selling enterprise software, contact center technologies (CCAAS, IVR, ITR, Chatbots, Conversational ai, etc) into Fortune 500 HEALTHCARE accounts is required.

Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) Architect to join our team. In this role, you will  be responsible for designing, troubleshooting, and advising clients on voice implementations for large-scale  contact center deployments. This is a customer-facing position, and you must demonstrate strong communication  skills to facilitate positive, respectful, and productive discussions. 

Key Responsibilities 

Design and Architecture: 

  • Assist clients in designing and architecting robust and scalable voice solutions for their contact center  implementations. 
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices, system configurations, and integration strategies. Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to voice implementations, leveraging your deep  understanding of SIP and associated voice RTP protocols. 
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal system  performance. 

Integration Expertise: 

  • Demonstrate extensive experience in integrating with leading contact center platforms such as Cisco,  Genesys, Five9, Twilio, and others. 
  • Possess a solid understanding of ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) and TTS (Text-to-Speech)  integration with providers like Nuance, Google, Amazon, Deepgram, and more. 

Voice Technology Experience: 

  • Proficient in CNAM (Caller Name Identification) implementation and configuration.
  • Skilled in SMS (Short Message Service) integration and messaging solutions. 
  • Experienced in contact center routing strategies and optimization. 
  • Knowledgeable about contact center metrics and their interpretation.

This means taking slides from executives (at all levels of design), understanding what they are trying to communicate, translating their slides into new designs if necessary to better convey their message, and applying brand guidelines for content, design, and creative.

  • Lead the design of all global presentations and keynotes.
  • Have 10 years of experience in PPT and Google Slides.
  • Lead the Global Pitch design team, ensuring they grow to understand executive instruction and deliver to standards set by the creative leadership; collaborate with other creative skill leads to develop tailored presentations, templates, and keynotes.
  • Mentor and coach designers, fostering their growth and development in understanding the business context of presentation design.
  • Manage the flow of presentation projects across the global organization, making sure templates are created, trained, and maintained
  • Work on detailed technical product slides and deliver them as simply and design-led as possible
